Natural Treatment for Food Poisoning

Food poisoning is a common illness occurs as a result of eating poisonous or contaminated food items. Food poisoning becomes fatal in some cases. To cure the food poisoning at home, follow the given tips and instructions given below:

Mix the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar in equal amount as 1 tbsp and add in cup of hot water. Drink it before meal. It will prevent acid indigestion occur as a result of food poisoning.

Drinking herbal tea of mint, black berries, raspberries and chamomile will also relief the trouble of food poisoning.

Drink a glass of water mixed with ¼ cup of charcoal powder is also better for food poisoning.

To cure in food poisoning, lie down and drink plenty of fluid such as water, fruit juices and light tea. It will be more effective to you.

Avoid eating solid food items. Just focus on drinking several types of fluids.

Eat bread as bread can suck the poison from your stomach and you will find quick relief.

Drink 2 tbsp of undiluted apple cider vinegar.
